As usual I'm exceedingly happy with the quality of merchandise, and despite it being shipped all the way from the UK to Canada, it's still cheaper than anything I can get locally. I'll never hesitate to order from this site.

Would have preferred a U.S. dispatch to reduce shipping time.

I have not yet received my corset. So I have cannot rate Corset Story at this time. My item does not have tracking so I don't know if it is taking long because it's coming from the UK or it never got me.

I didn't really have any interaction with them, and because of the USA-UK time difference I was never able to get through to a representative. My package came in a timely fashion.I wish I knew which body shape goes best with each corset.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that. Normally this should not happen, specially because you have ordered an acrylic bone corset which is not that rigid. It could be tight a little too much and this could be the cause why you are not feeling comfortable in. We inform you that as long it is within the time frame for the exchange/refund policy you can return the unwanted item to the address listed printed on the top of your invoice with a tracked service and e-mail us with the tracking number received or you can place a return request directly on our website: http://www.corset-story.com/rma and follow the instructions and we will be happy to exchange your item for you. You are welcome also to contact our Customer Service at the following e-mail address sales@corset-story.com for any issue you have. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset Story

The company is great and very helpful. COMMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT ON THE WEBSITE: I find it impossible to scroll through the measurements section on my tablet. I can easily open the sizing section, but can't scroll down to see anything other than the top 3 or 4 sizes.

The service was wonderful. The only thing I would suggest is sending an email when your purchase ships, so that you can estimate it's arrival in the mail.

I was able to easily use the website. It would be helpful if there was a way to compare a couple of corsets and have a page to read about how to choose a corset, why we should pick one over another type.
