Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear that the corset was not a perfect fit. You are welcome to return the item back to us for exchange. We offer a 14 days refund policy and a 30 days exchange policy. To return your items, please do the following: Log into your customer account and click on RMA in order to submit a new RMA request. This will need to be done within 14 days for a refund and within 30 days for an exchange from the date you have received your order. After submitting your returns request, your request will be pending, awaiting for approval. As soon as we have approved your RMA you will receive further information on how to return your items. Please make sure you include the authorisation form in the parcel which you can print off. You will receive an e-mail with our returns address. As returns are the customer’s responsibility, we advise to return your parcel using a tracked service. This will speed up the process of your return and you will have a proof of returning the item back to us.
