The shipping was very fast which is very appreciated. It gives me time to break it in before wearing the corset for a 3 day convention.

At first the exchange process was not explained to us clearly. But at the end customer service was accommodating and understanding.

I've ordered from Corset Story several times and have never had a problem. The corsets are well worth the price. I always get the exact corset I ordered on time.

Sizes need to be exact to waist. I have a 28 waist and ordered 24 and it was entirely too small. Requesting exchange to 28-30 inch.

I would have said excellent if the Steampunk style corset wasn't damaged. Shipping was prompt and I had no issues with anything else.

I am a repeat customer and this was the first time I have ever had an issue. One of my corsets had multiple sizes listed, not the fault of CS, and didn't fit. CS made the exchange process as simple and painless as possible.
