They are usually very good about everything. They made me jump through hoops to return something but other then that, they're usually very good. Just maybe they need to stop making things more complicated then nessicary.

The web site is easy to navigate and they answer questions quickly and pleasantly. The corsets are well made and feel strong. I wished I'd asked which corsets were for wearing under clothing. The site shows a clothed model with and without a corset so I thought they were undergarments but mine are blatantly obvious when worn under clothing.
