Response time on my last few inquiries has been slow. Both on an RMA, and on the processing of a previous RMA. Otherwise very satisfied.

We love your site. the only problem is the pricing varies from one location to the next. If we look under steampunk there is one price then if we go to sales the same item is a different price, and every time we try to call your phone number we always get the recording saying you are closed (we live in the USA) we have tried every 2 hours for almost 24 hours in the middle of the week. Other than that your prices are fantastic and the corsets are of the best quality.

some items have multiple listings using different catalog numbers and different prices. I do love the quality of the corsets I've ordered and have no complaints about the actual products.

Have liked 90% of what I have gotten from them, sizing isnt always the same however, and can be frustrating.

The service was great but the sizing on all items was very off. I will need to return all items sadly. They are gorgeous but do not fit.

thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the corset your ordered was not a perfect fit. As we are all different shapes and sizes the sizing chart is a guideline and cannot be 100% accurate due to different body shapes that we all have. If you are not happy with your order, you are more than welcome to return it for a refund or an exchange. Please email our customer services, sales@corsets-uk.com, who will be happy to help you. Kind Regards, CorsetStory
