Service was great. I had a return item lost in the mail for a while, they helped me thru the process, although it was a bit slow. It all worked out. Can't wait for my next corset

Where have you been all my life! I've told two of my girlfriends about you, and they have been to your website. I'm not sure if they have made purchases yet. I wished I known about you for my wedding, I would have looked much better in my gown wearing one of your corsets instead of a long line bra.

Overall, I enjoy the corsets I have bought, feeling more disappointed than upset at any given time.

thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear about that. The corsets are designed to withstand high tension, however if they are over done it can cause the fabric to tear. Therefore we recommend customers to go for another size rather than pull in the corset too tight (more than it can easily be done). Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, CorsetStory

While there was a mixup with my second order, the customer service response was swift and they even gave me free expedited shipping on the replacement so that I would have it on time for my event.

I was a little concerned with the time it took to ship, I bought the corset on the 9th and received it on the 27th. However, I did email the company and ask if there were any issues and they got back to me within 24 hours assuring me there were no issues with the shipping.

Website is easy to use, returns are a breeze. I like how you can filter out the bustlines, prices and sizes you do NOT want, leaving only what you can actually wear (and afford).
