I think you should be more realistic with the pictures of your products.

Corsets-UK is really great about shipping your order when they say they will. However, if you have a problem and need an exchange for a smaller size, they are not as timely nor do you hear anything from them about the status of your return. It's very disappointing.

The service of ordering and receiving was good. However I'm trying to initiate an exchange and after several days still haven't gotten a response.

There was a small problem with a mix up in my order that I didn't correct, but other than that I like the products. The thing is I've ordered from the company before and paid 50 bucks for rush shipping and this time I did the 10 dollar stand instead and it ended up coming in roughly the same amount of time.

Web site is nica and easy to find your way around. Pay attention to the sizing chart it does make a difference.

The website is organized awkwardly- things in the sale category aren't always on sale, and things that ARE on sale don't always show up there. Also there are listing that don't have the option to actually buy (presumably because they're out of stock). That being said, prices are good, selection is good, product is good, service is good.

I am not getting my accumulated points. I tried many times to call the customer service line and I can not get in touch with anyone. I not only need to find out why I have no points and also had a question about the 25% off that started 2-3 days after I placed my last order.
