The delivery was fast and ordering was easy. Although I wish there was tracking for shipping.

The corset I ordered didn't fit properly so I had to exchange it for a different style. Both corsets were on sale at the time of my original purchase for 28 dollars. Currently they are both at their regular price of 44 dollars. So I was not given a straight exchange. I was instead given a credit on my story account for 36 dollars. I was able to find another corset on sale for 28 dollars, although it wasn't my first choice. It is nice that the credit did include shipping cost.

I found the sizing a bit surprising. I'm a 28 waist but had to stretch my 27-29 corset to the end to fit. But I love it!

I love the amount of information provided for each item. Also, given that I'm a poor college student who still really loves cortsets, the sales are REALLY GREAT. THANK YOU!

It is easy to order, but the amount of time it takes to get the product is very long.

The website was easy to use, lots of great faq style answers to questions and well categorized products. I was a little nervous about buying overseas but the corset arrived quickly. I will definitely be purchasing more from corset-story.

I absolutely Adore the site (except some of the prices, but that's only because I don't have enough money to buy one of each corset, lol.)

thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear that the corset your ordered was not a perfect fit and if the sizing guidelines were not clear enough. As we are all different shapes and sizes the sizing chart is a guideline and cannot be 100% accurate due to different body shapes that we all have. If you are not happy with your corset, you are more than welcome to return it for a refund or an exchange. Please email our customer services, sales@corsets-uk.com, who will be happy to help you and advise you regarding sizing as well. Kind Regards, Corset-Story
