The service itself was really great, but I used the sizing chart provided online and it was very inaccurate. My corsets are probably two sizes too small.

thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear that the corset your ordered was not a perfect fit. As we are all different shapes and sizes the sizing chart is a guideline and cannot be 100% accurate due to different body shapes that we all have. If you are not happy with your corset, you are more than welcome to return it for a refund or an exchange. Please email our customer services, sales@corsets-uk.com, who will be happy to help you and advise you regarding sizing as well. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, Corset-Story

First time customer, I purchased the long line corset. I love it, it seems very well made and I love wearing it. I think it is too long, I have since placed an order for another 10 corset and will see if that one fits better. The long one interferes with my chest, no matter how low I pull it. For standing events it will be perfect, but for relaxing I think the 10 will be the one to wear.

I chose the USPS method since I am in the US. I had my corsets within a week and am totally satisfied with them.

The site itself gets a rating of good, but it is past when my order should have come in and I have not received my order yet. I was really excited for these items. Perhaps there could be a change to the USPS shipping method to add a tracking number to them so customers can track and know when to expect their orders.

only complaint, when I was ordering from the US site, I figured my product would be shipped from the US. Please make that more clear on your website, thank you.

This was my first corset, so I was nervous going into the process. But the experience ended up being very stress-free and exciting.
