ordering is simple, shipments arrive in a timely fashion, and you receive courtesy emails if you log in to the site but don't make a purchase, just so they can be sure you weren't having an issue

I am very pleased with the product, I was disappointed that I could not track my package. If I pay $16 to ship, I would like to know when it ships out and when it is going to be delivered.

Corset- Story is awesome! Their corsets are high quality and their customer service is excellent. They went out of their way to resolve issues that I had when I ordered the wrong size corsets (on multiple occasions). They have a customer for life! Thank you.
