So far the service has been excellent. One corset was returned due to fit but this transaction has not been completed yet. Very fast delivery and so far everything has been stress free.

The site is very easy to navigate and the sizing charts are flawless. I love my new corset and will definitely purchase from here again. My one complaint is that it seems that the same corsets are available through other retailers for vastly reduced prices. They seem rather shady and unprofessional though so I'll definitely be staying here.

Very responsive to request to change size on back-ordered items. Has not responded to multiple questions about exchanging other items, nor responded to the fact that I have already sent two items to exchange (they've been delivered, but I've not had any emails in response, nor gotten replacements). The items themselves are very nice, however, and except for this difficulty with exchanging for size, they've been a good company to order from.

The previous corsets that I have purchased have all fit nicely. However, the last one I had to exchange which went O.K. but was a bit of a hassle.
