Everything was smooth but it would be nice to be able to track our shipments as I live in a bad area and I won't know when my corsets will arrive so I won't know until much later if they are stolen off my porch. Bad move on customer service if you ask me.

I think that you should add 'how-to' on how to actually waist train with tips and tricks. I think that would be a major boost!

My many emails to and from Alix have been most helpful. Alix was so patient and well informed about your products and policies. I am very impressed with the company in regards to it's manufacturing situations. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service when returning a corset. I just wish there was better sizing information on the website for the fashion corsets...I just couldn't get the right size. Steel boned corset fitting was much easier and far more accurate.
