I really wish that the shipping didn't take so long! It takes me the FULL time to get my items and never any sooner. I can get my items faster when they are coming from China than I can from your company. Asides from the very poor shipping I love Corset-Story and everything there is :)

I gave all of the proper info when exchanging sizes. You received my return on March 22nd. Unfortunately the rep had trouble tracking, I tracked it easy 3 times, upon delivery, gave all the right tracking number and other info you require for an exchange, but was not resolved on your end til a week after you received it. I am a performer, was going to wear your corset for the new orleans FQF tomorrow. Three really big shows in one day, lots of publicity for you, people always ask where I got my outfit and who it's made by... but the corset did not make it back in time.:( Maybe next year Well, I might change out one of my Jazz fest outfits and wear your corset for one of this years performances?? Any how, overall, I love your corsets! Thanks

I had never ordered a corset before, so the first one didn't fit. I had no problem exchanging it. Corset-Story was wonderful making it easy for me to return the package.

The service was good. However, I think more timely feedback is needed for replying to customer emails.
