It would be nice if they would send an email when the back-ordered product finally is mailed, along with an expected arrival date.

The order i placed was for a black satin skirt and a long red sweetheart corset. Although the corset was back ordered i am set to receive it in a few days exact when i was told i would get it when i initially purchased it and customer service was extremely helpful with whatever questions i had and even pushed the order for the skirt through because it was in stock. i am very pleased with the quality of the skirt it was exactly what i was excepting and shipment was right on time! i couldnt be happier!

I have not received any information regarding my order other than one of the items not being available. I don't even know if my order has even shipped.

The retailer was quick to answer any questions or concerns I encountered. The package arrived earlier than estimated. The quality of products is excellent. I had to exchange my purchase for a smaller size. The return process is easy and the retailer remained in touch throughout the process to help with any questions or concerns.

After placing my order, I received several notifications informing me the order went through, when it would arrive, and how two of the items would be roughly three weeks late. One of the items had to be tailored and, therefore, quite understandably, would take roughly three weeks. The other item, however, was actually out of stock. I am pleased I was still able to order it, but I was mildly disappointed that wasn't mentioned sooner. However, I didn't need said item immediately, so it wasn't a problem, just a little disappointing. Other than those minor snags, everything was exemplary.
