Service is ok. Because I was very ill over Xmas, I could only exchange an item instead of returning for refund. Said item is of very poor quality. My other Corsets have been fair quality.

Shipping confirmation is not clear compared to most other US companies. Information on how to put on and tie the corset would be helpful - I had to find that information elsewhere on the internet. Information on corest sizing is clear. Shipping of items showing as in stock is pretty quick, but I returned a corset for exchange 4 weeks ago, understanding that the corset I wished to exchange for was on a 3 week backorder. The online status of that corset has been showing as in stock for at least the past 2 weeks and I have yet to receive it or even to receive notification that it has shipped. I'm going to cancel my exchange order.
