A little difficult to figure out my size and I still have to exchange 2 items but the quality is awesome.

My product was backordered, but they let me know as soon as it shipped. From there, it took about 6 working days.

My only complaint is I wish there were more detailed descriptions of each corset. Everyone who has a twenty-six inch waist does not have thirty-six inch hips and a thirty-two inch bust. If I knew what each corset measured in the hips and bust as well as the waist, I could make a more informed decision on the corset and which size would fit me best.

This is my first time ordering and although there was a hiccup with the inventory they are bending over backwards to make sure I'm getting what I wanted. I will recommend this company to my friends and will be a life long customer.

We previously ordered three corsets during one of their recent sales. All the corsets were ordered came in, albeit it a little late, in awesome shape, and the right size. However, this last order, I ordered a corset for my girlfriend's birthday. The first corset I ordered, which said it was in stock, although yes, granted, low in stock, was not actually in stock. So I had to instead go for a second choice corset. Which was ALSO not in stock. So two out of the last two corsets I tried to order were not, in fact, in stock, even though the inventory said they were. Now...I've worked for a small business retail store before. One with many hundreds of times the numbers of products that Corset Story has in stock (I am not exaggerating, as this is a store with literally a few hundred thousand DIFFERENT items, with upwards of a few hundred of each in stock; small game pieces, single cards for card games, individual comic books in varying conditions, etc). This was a store with a whole four employees, and that kind of an inventory, mind you. Our website was and is very up to date, with stock removed and entered into the online inventory in real time. If something is ordered, it is immediately, automatically by the system removed from the inventory online, so no one can order another copy. It is simply not ok to have the same problem with an online inventory when you are dealing with relatively small, limited runs of items, with a fraction of the numbers of items on the website. If it says on the website that it is in stock, that should mean someone entered it in the stock, and no one else has in that time ordered said product. So while I like the site, and am pleased with the products, I'm not sitting on store credit, a very disappointed girlfriend on her birthday, and no other corsets that she wants on the site, or the only remaining ones dramatically more expensive, and thus currently out of our price range.
