They credited my account quickly on 2 wrong orders. But gave me the order that was on backorder even though there were 2 of the items available. The cancelled the in stock orders and re sold them. Then left my order as back order. It will probably take 5 weeks now to receive something they already had in stock.

As a consumer who ordered items with a 3-5 day rush shipping, it would be helpful to be sent the USPS tracking number so I can check on my order. It did arrive - but on day 5 and I was a little worried. Also, you might add (on your website) that the 1-800 number you list is for the UK. If there was a number for me to call in the U.S. I didn't see it. Had to get up at 2am to call and check on the shipping! (Going back to my first comment about the tracking number - If I'd had it, I could have checked myself).

I had ordered the wrong size and was able to get one advance one returned for exchange. there was some confusion over the stock levels of the My 037 and MY 086 but once I included pdf's of what the website was showing for stock they dispatched everything immediately. Laura who was helping me with all this handled everything expertly. Its things like this that keep me coming back to corset story.

Excellant quality, amazing customer service. I had to return my corset because it was too big and they were very accommodating and friendly. I ordered a replacement and it arrived quickly. I'm thrilled with my purchase!

LOVE that you have larger sizes!!! And so many to choose from. And thank you for mentioning some are better for taller women. I'm short and don't want to get a corset that's too long.

The first time I ordered it was great, the corsets were lovely and everything came quickly . The second time, the size was incorrect and it took 2 weeks to get to me.
