The customer service was excellent! I received expedient and helpful replies to all of my inquiries. My returns were very easy to send back and the exchanged items were sent within 2 days. The only improvement I would suggest is providing a tracking number for items shipped out as an exchange; I had no idea when to expect the items to arrive and I was concerned because they did not arrive at my house as quickly as my original order. I don't mind waiting on shipping time as long as I know where my shipment is.

I had to exchange my order for a larger size. The turnaround to send the larger corset was very fast. The corset itself is crafted beautifully. Well worth it.

I received my exchange item after I had ordered the wrong size. It was a quick and easy process. As soon as I gave them the tracking number for the original item, they sent me my replacement item. It arrived quickly and I am very pleased.

The website is great. It is simple, very explanatory and easy to navigate. The payment process was a breeze and I felt very confident that the company would be reliable at the time of purchase. I received my purchase in the amount of time stated on the site for shipping and was satisfied with the quality of the item.

I guess it's was ok...I can't make much of a review because I am still waiting to get my purchase, when I get it I might return with my thoughts...I really didn't think it would take so long to get to me; I am still waiting!!

Amazing selection of merchandise. Great prices. The only thing I'm not happy about is I made my order 11-17-12 and till this day 11-26-12 I still haven't heard about the status of my order. This could be improve.
