I have enjoyed every step of my order, return, re-order so far. All correspondence was answered completely, promptly, and efficiently. Only complaint would be to somehow consolidate ordering advice better. I found advice on how to order one time but couldn't find the same advice a second time. Seems to be many categories with info overlapping some. Lots of good advice tho. No complaints there, just hard to sort thru.

Well i want to say it was all a good experience but i ordered a corset and was told it was out of stock, so i ordered another and was then told that one was out of stock so i ordered a third one and i don't know if i am going to get it or not. so i can not really say how my experience is until i get the product i ordered.

Took longer than I anticipated. Wish there had been more communications keeping me updated on the status of my order.

I received everything I ordered, it all fits great, looks great, and feels great. I was actually surprised at how good the quality of the corsets are, considering how inexpesive they are. I'm very impressed. Thank you!!

Amazing prices. backorders on certain sizes are extremely frustrating though. Shipping fast once item came in though, extremely satisfied with that.

It was good. My one corset was really late but I think that was just because the order was changed. I love these corsets and the support staff that I had contact with!

I have ordered from this company several times and have had nothing but excellent experiences each time. With my first order I had to make exchanges and even this process was extremely easy. The people who handled my order were friendly and professional. Even before I placed my first order I had many questions, and the woman who helped me was wonderful. I have referred several friends to Corset-Story, and I know that at least one friend has placed an order. She had a wonderful experience as well.

Beautiful, well made heavy duty corsets at a great price. The only thing that I would like to see is the option to buy additional laces. I like being able to use separate laces for the top and bottom halves of my corsets.

Fast response but a little brusk answer. They must have lots of people that get the snail mail contact them because seemed like forever before I got the corset so got nervous with it coming from out of the country and sent an email asking where it was. I got it 2 days later exactly on the max delivery of 14 days.
