When I contacted customer care , they were very helpful but as I couldn’t get a new controller I just purchased a new blanket for my gran, these are fantastic as you can set the heat and set a timer for it to go off, so should she fall asleep it switches off, it was very easy to order a new one and delivery was very quick

Electric Heat Pad for Neck, Back & Shoulders
This was a present for a friend suffering with a long term illness. She needs to stay warm and keeping her back shoulders and neck warm is perfect for her, especially at a time when heating bills for the whole house are so expensive. So happy with this product!

The wrap is a nice warm blanket in itself, even before it is heated. I also liked the navy blue colour. When it gets cold it is great to be able to warm the person and not the house, saving on the use of scarce and expensive fuel.

Fleece Electric Heated Throw - Cream
Nice comfortable fluffy blanket with a electric heating element, that most importantly, keeps you comfortably warm. It also times out so, I do not believe it be left on indefinitely. The controls could do with a re-think, but it's not rocket science. The positioning of the cable is a common issue, but i guess it needs power and to exist. Overall it is a good product, though more colours was a grumble from someone else, who you wouldn't know as they go to a different school.

Luxury Faux Fur Electric Heated Throw - Grey
I bought the Cosi Home electric throw a couple of weeks ago and I’ve used it every day since. It is easy to use (plug in and set the heat). I use it when I’m sat on the sofa but I have taken it to bed a couple of times. My cat has realised this blanket is heated and loves it, she now chirps when she sees I am plugging it in to use.
When I bought this throw I had a cheeky eye roll from my husband but even he used it one night when he was chilly.

Excellent. Easy to order, very fast delivery. Product seems very good, works well and is nice and cosy. At 85watts and 3p per hour, it will definitely help to reduce energy costs. Recommend it.

The blanket heats up well but unfortunately it feels like it’s heated well on one side but not on the other side. The heat doesn’t seem consistent throughout the blanket. The other thing that I think would have have preferred was a longer cable as I have to sit next to a socket to be able to use it.
