Product looks really nice but only this was delivered when our order had another one with this. It took some time but the other was delivered a few days later.

12L Low Energy Dehumidifier with 2.5L Water Tank
This dehumidifier is compact and efficient and works well to help dry laundry, which is the main purpose I bought it for. The 2.5 litre tank is one of the largest for a machine of this capacity. It is relatively quiet, but that's not important to me because I only use it to dry laundry in a spare room. I probably wouldn't like to try and sleep with it in the same room though so if you're looking for near silence this isn't the unit for you.

Fleece Electric Heated Throw - Grey
I’m delighted with this throw! An elderly friend of mine has ordered one up on the back of my recommendation and today I’ve demoed it to 2 friends who’ve asked me to order for them too. I’d like to know if you could let me have 2 additional throws ar the price paid on 20 Septemberu(£59.99) rather than your online price of £69.99. We are all senior citizens. I’d be happy to speak with a member of your Customer Service team - I would have phoned but can’t find a telephone number

Electric Heat Pad for Neck, Back & Shoulders
This product does what says on the tin. It also keeps my head warm as post chemotherapy I have no hair and means I don’t need to wear a hat indoors. The colour is stylish enough to have on during Teams meetings so I’m warm all the time. I can’t fault the warmth and comfort. And it’s safe because it cuts out after a period of time.
