Excellent service. It arrived the day after ordering. I also ordered a similar product from qvc which I did prefer but unfortunately was faulty.

I haven't actually bought anything from this company as they had ran out of the item I wanted after I had ordered it
BUT they told me straight away, apologised and refunded my money in 48 hours with no fuss. You can always tell the quality of a company by the way they treat their customers. I would definitely buy from Cosihome again.

Heated Neck & Shoulder Pad
It was reviewed on the Telegraph and that's what prompted me to buy this product, as most others, I am currently work from home and wanted to feel a bit more cosy on these cold winter days. I chose it as it gives me a flexibility to use in multiple ways. Really good product and find it useful to have heat settings as number 3 can start to feel a little too hot after a while.

Wonderful! It works just as advertised and is amazingly cosy and practical. Quickly delivered, well packaged, and GLORIOUSLY warm and comforting, and large enough to feel luxurious when the weather is chilly. Thank you! Would strongly recommend!

Electric Blanket - Single Size
I like this product BUT the site says it measures 165 cm x 137 cm.
It is actually 133 x 64 cm. It is rather short and would be better wider.
Also, the ties are too short to fit a modern mattress. I had to add bits
of braid/ribbon to tie it.

Extra-Large Electric Heat Pad
Bought this for my Nan, she’s 94yrs old & she has Osteoarthritis in both her knees and gets a lot of pain. She loves it and says it helps to relieve the uncomfortable pain with the warmth from the pad and it’s so easy for her to use, only 2 buttons, power and temp, so wish I’d of thought to get this a long time ago for her.
Would absolutely recommend this product !

This is the best item I have purchased. I love so much I got my mum and daughter one and raved all about it to my work colleagues who have also purchased. Great for keeping cosy while working from home at desk saves putting all the heating on in the house, is cosy on couch watching tv and super cosy sleep at night, Everyone needs one in their life lol
