I purchased an electric blanket on Jan 19th. as i believe it to be faulty I sent an e-mail to you on jan 29th asking how I should return it . I have had no response to my e-mail and feel let down by your customer services.

Heated Neck & Shoulder Pad
Love it! Super speedy delivery. The pad heats up really quickly. Since working from home, hunched over the laptop, the pain in my neck and shoulders have got progressively worse, this goes a long long way to relieving that pain. Also great wrapped around my lower back at the end of the day. The 90min cut off is a great feature,as I have fallen asleep many times with it on. Thank you Cosi Home.

Dual Control Electric Blanket - King Size
Electric blanket is excellent. It exactly covers the mattress of my king-size bed - no cold spots! - and the four temperature zones (left and right, body and feet) are independently controllable for both temperature and time, with intuitive controls whose backlight sensibly goes out after a couple of minutes to avoid disturbing your sleep. I have fitted mine under a mattress protector, which seems to hold it in place without the use of the provided retaining cords. Excellent value for money, too, and delivery was extremely quick

Fleece Electric Heated Throw - Grey
Love it! Best thing I’ve ever bought myself. I’m cold all the time especially this time of year but now I just get under the blanket and turn it on. It’s light and very soft like a throw but tens times better with the heat, extremely cosy. I’d recommend it to anyone!
