Fibrates often, dealer is based in the UK, so returns could be very expensive;; Fibriert oft, Händler sitzt in GB, Rücksendung kann deshalb sehr teuer sein

Satisfied by the product efficacity. I had a similar model from another brand, which was 100€ more expensive. For the moment the behavior is equivalent after 1 week of utilization.

I contacted support and they said they would send out a replacement. As a replacement i received a desk fan instead of a new blanket. This was collected and im now having to fight with support as they are stating i received a replacement already

excellent
