Electric Blanket - Double Size
I purchased this and it caught fire. It was used exactly as advised.
They sent me multiple emails begging me to give them a second chance and oh, so grateful when I finally ( with much apprehension) said ok. They dispatched a new one and immediately cancelled it. It looked like it had been sent and after a week of it not arriving I noticed it had been cancelled. More emails and a repeat of the same.. email sent saying dispatched but immediately cancelled.
What an awful, company. Not only did their product catch fire but they have repeatedly lied about posting a new one.
I’d give 0 stars of possible. They only dispatched a second( of course cancelling it) because I threatened more negative feedback back.
So, if you don’t want your house to burn down avoid at all costs!

Dear Susan,
Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. I'm truly sorry to learn about the inconvenience you've experienced.
Rest assured, the replacement was sent out. It appears there was an issue with the courier not updating the tracking information, which was completely unforeseen. I sincerely apologise for any frustration this may have caused.
I will continue our correspondence within the same email thread where my colleague was assisting you. Together, we'll work to resolve this matter for you promptly.
Best regards,
Emma

Impressive dehumidifier
Deumidificatore ad alta capacità da 25 litri con serbatoio dell'acqua da 6,5 litri
I purchased this dehumidifier as a replacement for a previous order, solely for the fact that this dehumidifier shuts down once the correct air moisture level has been reached (and kicks back in again if it rises above) which means that I can happily leave this running for most of the day, knowing that it's going to keep a constant air humidity. It also has an impressive capacity, option for continuous draining and is also relatively quiet (as far as dehumidifiers go). Quite a few different settings to take advantage of, and will also benefit those looking for a dehumidifier that can help dry clothes indoors during winter months.

So cosy! Lovely and soft, heats up quickly and the timer and temperature settings mean it's easy to use and no need to worry about it staying on too long, or not long enough!

Impeccable

Bought the throw a couple years ago for my dad who is terminally ill but never used. He is not at home and brought the blanket out and used it for only 2 hours and it’s suddenly turned off and won’t switch back on at all now. Unimpressed.

Absolutely brilliant Customer Care Experience. We had an issue with the heated throw as it had a fault. After contacting the customer care centre via email they immediately replied to us and a replacement was sent out virtually the next day. Cannot thank you enough - definitely 5 star experience.
