These blankets are a game changer. This one is lovely and soft, heats up quickly, saves heating the whole room if it’s just you. But be aware, it’s so cosy you may fall asleep often in your chair! Love it.

In December 2022, I purchased two throws and two neck warmers from this company, and overall, I found their products to be good. However, my recent experience with a throw I bought two weeks ago has been disappointing. Unlike my previous purchases, this throw does not provide adequate warmth for the winter.

Upon contacting the company for a return due to the item not being fit for its intended purpose, I was informed that I would have to bear the return shipping costs. Additionally, if the company suspects that the item has been used, they reserve the right to return it to me, resulting in a loss of my postage fee, approximately £10.00.

In my opinion, if an item is not fit for its intended purpose, the return process should be free of charge. This policy seems unfair and does not align with customer expectations for quality and service.

Overall, while I have been satisfied with previous purchases from this company, this recent experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to make future purchases.

I had an issue with a faulty blanket and their handling was incredible. Would def recommend!

Great customer service and great product s

This blanket does not heat up quickly and the quality is poor. It looks like a second hand item as there is scratched on the control screen. Refund wanted.

I was really happy with both the product and the responsiveness of Cosihome

So comfy needed to take a bit of the stuffing out, but definitely help me have a better nights sleep 😴

Very pleased with my replacement Throw. it's exactly what my husband needs for his legs as he suffers from Diabetes

Excellent service.
Many thanks

I’d bought the travel pillow & loved it then decided I’d buy these, we both love them & get a good nights sleep, so comfortable. My daughter had just bought two now

I strongly recommend that you purchase one of these electric blanket asap , it is a dream to snuggle up in and toggle between the heat settings using the remote. It heats up quite quickly, has settings from 1-10 and a timer. I am so pleased I bought one just w8sh I had done it sooner .

satisfait

Item received in good time ,I used it asap and found it was a good as the reviews I read on Amazon , the only issue I do have is the noise when it goes turbo and when in normal mode .

Excellent

Love this blanket it’s a good size too and keeps me warm if the heating is off. It’s a great quality too! Definitely worth buying!

My partner absolutely loves this fleece electric heated throw 100%

This throw is lovely, great quality and heats up quickly I prefer it over the fleece throw it seems much warmer. It has saved me alot of money working from home using this instead of having the heating on. Would highly recommend.
