Fantastic product. I ordered 2 but one was faulty. Customer services were amazing and communication was fantastic. I had a new working throw within 5 days of first contacting the company. Will definately be ordering again and would highly recommend.

Solid product
12L Low Energy Dehumidifier with 2.5L Water Tank
Solid product that does what it should = remove water from the air thus reducing condensate on the walls when taking hot shower. Very nice timer function (hourly), but would appreciate 15min-30min timeframe also. Quiet, could sleep in room next door with doors opened. Would buy again.

For the first 24 hours I could not get it to work as a bit of film over where the temperature number is shown said 'press down for two seconds'. This was misleading as it transpired in reading the instructions both in the manual and on line that it is a different part of the controls which need to be pressed.
Apart from this blip on my part being slightly shortsighted in night light, everything is perfect.
The heated fleece represents extremely good value and has transformed my evenings in this cold weather. I am living alone at 76 years old and hopefully it will see me through a few winters to come.
