Doesn't work, refund?

Fleece & Sherpa Electric Heated Throw - Grey
I purchased this heated throw as a birthday present for my mum. It arrived in the time stated but when we plugged it in to check it was all ok, giving it at least the 30 minute warm up period that it recommends it was very clear that it doesn't work! I contacted customer services and initially I was very impressed at their quick response to say that they would replace it. That was now a couple of days ago and I'd heard nothing more until I got another email today to say it was being looked into and someone would respond within 48 hours???!!! What's going on? Either please can you send a replacement (although the birthday has now been and gone!) or let me return the faulty product and get a refund!

Hello, unfortunately I had to replace the blanket because the electrics weren't working properly. Even now I still have switching problems with the ceiling from time to time.

Luftentfeuchter
12L Low Energy Dehumidifier with 2.5L Water Tank
