Ordered as a gift, with enough time to arrive for Christmas.
I saw on tracking it had been at delivery depo for a few days and contacted Cosi home. They took a long time to respond,the first response made me think maybe the company might be fake as it said “we know your email hasn’t been received by our support department! But they knew I had sent it ! Hmm . So I sent 2 more messages By the time someone actually came back to me it meant it was to late to resolve issue .
Disappointed I requested a refund . Which they did , which was a relief as based on previous communications made me think a refund might have been a challenge .

It’s certainly kept the chill off, when lounging around at home over the Christmas holidays! We’re in an older property, so single glazed and not very energy efficient! This makes a massive difference in a sitting room which is hard to keep warm when it’s particularly cold outside. I have already purchased the larger throw with the Sherpa fleece lining! They’re both great!!
