Blanket itself is not as good as the one I’ve just replaced.
Has a large amount of fleece top, bottom and sides before the heated part starts, also (maybe because of this) the blanket doesn’t feel as warm.
Also power button seems temperamental and sometimes does and doesn’t turn on, preferred the manual one.

Really poor customer service took a long time and repeated emails to get a response, poor quality item, 2 x replacement parts had to be ordered since new in past 6 months! One of the replacement parts I had to buy myself and they sent me the wrong item so I had to chase up. Whole item still not been replaced even though I’ve sent numerous messages stating it’s bobbling.

Received electric throw 29/1 , tried it out 1/2 seemed to work, just plugged it in and tested warmth, seemed ok, tried it 3/2 control lights up then goes off, it will not start up and is basically not working so the throw cannot be used. I have raised this issue with support team on 3/2 and I am awaiting a response, been told could be 72 hours before response. The shopping was good but I am not happy that the product does not work and it’s not been used yet,
