I love cosihome heated throws, I have brought several over the years however I would like to see manufacture improvement on the quality of the controller’s that control the power to the blanket. It works fine and about a year into use, it always stops working. On the bright side Cosi home customer service are brilliant! They have always been extremely helpful and immediately sort a replacement without charge. Thank you for the gift of warmth, just please get better quality controls that last the distance so I can enjoy the heat for many years to come.

Uneven heating straight out of the box and even then not very warm (also the blanket rather thin). Raised the issue and so far no response.

Ordered a replacement controller as my heated throw suddenly stopped working. Unfortunately when it arrived the plug was faulty. Cosi Home replaced it very quickly, really good customer service can’t be faulted at all. Unfortunately it looks like the throw may be faulty as the controller doesn’t work and I don’t think there is anything wrong with the new controller. Looks like I may have to save up for a new throw!

I don’t find this heated throw( identical to the last one that I had from you) is as good as the last one . I have to put it on a much higher setting to get the same heat, and sometimes I feel it has switched itself off.
