The people I had my love chat with where great. Friendly and helpful. But the item I ordered did not fit but trying to send it back was a big pain. And I am older so don't have a printer and don't do computers. X

Lovely soft heated throw. Heats up quickly. I had a problem with the controller not working but the customer service team sorted it out very quickly and were very helpful. I would recommend this product.
