I ordered a new controller for my heated throw that got damaged by me.
The controller arrived, however it was the wrong one. I contacted customer service who arranged for the correct one to be sent. Happy customer who was missing the heat from my throw. All back in action again and all just before Christmas.

It was painful trying to get a replacement part for an electric blanket that didn’t work after a few weeks, emails upon emails,it must have taken over a week going back and forth.

I love that you can buy different controllers as I can still use my blanket. Delivery was fast ( packaging of item could have been slightly better but ok). The reason I’ve only given 4 stars is because the new controller is much harder to read. I’m used to the colourful display that is easy to read in the dark. This one is more of a challenge in daylight and just isn’t as good or as easy to use. If they could do the new controller with colour, it would have received a 5* review from me.

heated blanket stop working 1 Yr 10 days given a replacement controller that stop working after 2 days, so must be something wrong with blanket. got a email saying sorry out of warranty have a nice day . my daughter paid £70 for this for my birthday expected it to last a few birthdays but did not make it to my next. very disappointed bought a cheaper one somewhere else.
