Cosi Home have excellent service dispatching item ordered unfortunately the controller I ordered wasn’t compatible and there was no other option available which would work with my electric throw. They were very helpful with returning the item but I had to pay the postage.

Blanket stopped working in less than 2 years. Unimpressed given the cost and the fact I hadn’t used it that many times. They recommended I buy a new cord. £10 later it doesn’t work.

A lot bigger than our first one, which was a different brand and lasted years. We ordered this one because it was on a special and I already had the smaller version, which I love. Nice touch screen controls with 3 settings, including laundry mode. Massive reservoir, might be a bit heavy for some if it gets full. Fairly quiet when running, it doesn’t seem to warm the room like the old one did, blows cold air from the top. The control images for modes could be darker in colour so easier to see, and I don’t understand the percentage part, should read the
Instructions maybe. It does dry your clothes, much better than a tumble dryer as it purifies the air and stops any condensation, so you get a lot of benefits from using a dehumidifier. And I think it’s cheaper to run. He’s happy with it,
