Had to buy a controller, because the one that came with our cover didn't last very long, didn't really use it that much before the controller stopped working, wasn't happy about it, so I can't really recommend this cosi home product and probably wouldn't buy it again...

unfortunately didnt work out. product arrived. didnt really heat up. customer service take days to respond. have to send video to show connecting correctly. all a faff. then instead of refunding they sent another which had to be rejected before a refund. all rather frustrating. customer service very friendly when get hold of them but just not good enough. I now have to dispose of the faulty item. think next time will just walk in a shop where I can return if needed.
