We bought a new controller for our cosi blanket which we are very pleased with, we understand we were outside our guarantee time but was happy to buy a new controller. I thought the old style controller was easier to read and on/off was easier but there you go 😊

Still waiting for customer service to respond, bought a controller that is incompatible with my blanket. Customer service is invisible. It would be lovely to hear from someone. The heated throws are fantastic, I have bought lots but this review is for the customer service for now. Hopefully hear from you soon.

Had an issue with my control unit. The customer service sent me out a brand new one free of charge. Thank you so much you made my wife’s week.

Ma couverture chauffante ne fonctionne plus au bout d'1 an et 1 mois, donc pas de garantie. Je ne suis donc pas satisfaite.

Purchased a cosihome heated throw two years ago. The heated controller unit is now not available to replace, and it no longer heats up. So I paid a lot of money for what is basically just a faux fur throw. Surely this is a con.
