This heated blanket not only heats up quickly and is of good quality , it also washes! Unfortunately, the one I originally purchased was faulty after a year and I reached out to Customer support and although it did take them a while to reply. I was pleased of their swift action in willing to replace mine with a brand new blanket (I would have been happy with a discount code and they definitely exceeded my expectations) I will definitely recommend Cosihome to friends and family. Unfortunately one of my four blankets stopped working so after contacting customer service I was advised to try the blanket in another socket. I used the controller off a different blanket and that broke a second controller. I ordered two new controllers only to find that the original blanket would still not work! So I have now had to replace the controller on the other blanket and order a new one, which arrived yesterday but this is not heating up properly so will have to go back. Customer service have not been very helpful, they did not reply to my emails and have only refunded one of the controllers when I broke a second one following their instructions.

I purchased a heated throw 2 years ago and it stopped working earlier this year, so was outside of the 12 month warranty. I recently purchased a new controller as advised on your website. This turned on and I used it twice, although the throw didn't seem to heat up very much and the controller now won't turn on at all. I'm disappointed that this product hasn't lasted considering the reviews, and the fact that I've only used it for 2 winters.

I had a problem with my controller, not working, l contacted cosihome who sent me a replacement within a couple of days, so l am now all ready for the cold weather, the heated throws are amazingly warm and saves having to put the fire on unless it's really cold
