Everything everything is good with the crossover symmetry in the online videos are great. The program seems to be easy to follow. Some of the exercises are a little challenging, but that’s part of the program. The only item I really think needs to be modified other carabiners because they’re extremely difficult to get off the wall clips it would be nice if they were a little bit bigger so it was easier to get them on and off. It’s easy to get them on but to get them off is a little bit of a challenge.

Hi Robert,
thanks for using Crossover Symmetry. I would like to help with your issue. Can you please explain further. Are you having trouble with the clips on the end of the Crossover Cords themselves? Or are you using other carabiners to move the cords from High to Low and back? Please note: the very small carabiners that come in the system are for hanging up the Exercise Chart. There are not for attaching the Crossover Cords to the attachment.

Recently started having shoulder issues. I went to see a physical therapist and he was using these resistance bands in his office. So I bought a set for home use. Really good quality. Came with a poster showing all of the different exercises. Highly recommend.

As a master’s athlete/rower (and physician), I have nothing but great things to say about Crossover Symmetry. I have the 10 and 40 lbs bands. I use CS bands almost every day. Originally it was for PT/rehab after an injury, but now I use it for prehab and activation. As an older athlete, I’ve come to realize the importance of “the exercise before the exercise” which prevents injury and improves performance!
If you have any doubts, then let me settle it for you. Just buy it. It’s high quality. It’s worth it. You are worth it.

It is a quality piece of equipment that I anticipate using frequently to build golf flexibility and strength. One issue I experienced was trying to activate the Crossover Symmetry video on Torq. It opens with a very brief introduction, then immediately shuts down. I have tried to access the video at least 6 times with no result. Hopefully this can be fixed. Thanks for a great product.
