I use these cords daily and they are durable and work very well for the purpose they were designed for. I highly recommend them and personally plan to purchase other resistance levels from the same manufacturer.

Crossover Symmetry TORQ System
Great product, but after looking at the videos, still a little confused about the card with the movements. It does not explain the sets and reps clearly or the pace at which they should be done. I am a college coach, so fast movements matter.

Crossover Symmetry TORQ System
I have been totally impressed with the system. I am an avid golfer and golf coach and have found the routines do a nice job of activating all the required muscle groups. The more you focus on the target areas while peforming the movements, the better it works. Overall a really nice system.

Crossover Cords
The seller replaced the two cords I purchased which had defective carabineers (they did not spring back to closed). Can't ask for better service than that.

CS Bundle
I was introduced to this workout bundle while attending Aurelius Brain Health and Human Performance. I found while there and using Cross Over Symmetry, my movement has become more stable. I liked the system so much I purchased once I returned home to incorporate with my daily gym routine.

Crossover Symmetry TORQ System
I’ve been doing the shoulder program for several years, and added hip and core system some time ago, and recently added torq. I really feel like it will help keep me more able bodied and mobile. I’m in my early 60s and play pickleball, and other sports regularly.
