Shoulder Package
Great Package deal. Started using Crossover Symmetry at Health Actions while in physical therapy and this was the best regimen I have ever used for shoulder/neck and lower back post surgery healing. So impressed with this concept that I ordered the Shoulder package and then the lower back/hip straps. Thank you Crossover Symmetry for a great physical therapy/exercise productr and routine for regaining physical health and mobility.

These squat rack attachments are perfect for my garage door! I have a total of 8 straps that are attached at various heights for a variety of exercises. The crossover bands are one of the my favorite for activation, rehab and blitz work!

CS Bundle
Long time weight lifter been struggling with shoulder and knee issues for over a year. Started using the shoulder and hip & core CS bands daily for less than a month now and they have made huge improvements in both my shoulders and knees. So thankful I purchased both bands, highly recommend the CS systems.
