As a Professional Martial Arts and Boxing Coach, I tried the Crossover Cord System to rehab a shoulder injury. It was very useful in my PT. But, now I use them exclusively within my strength training for building lean muscle mass. I have set the cords up to work most major and some minor muscle groups with amazing results. This product is exceptional! Thank you for making this high quality and dependable.
