The concept is great but with the hip and core system I feel the cords are not as long lasting as they should be. The blue version felt much tougher than the red version for about a week then felt close to the same as the red thereafter. My red version lasted only about 9 months. But, I will say customer service has been great and I enjoy the products nonetheless.
