I started using crossover bands about 3 years ago for general shoulder strength building. The greatest benefit was gaining increased range of motion as well as strength. I used it daily for shoulder warmup. Last year the gym closed for covid and I am just now returning to the gym. During my layoff I found I had lost a lot of range of motion and strength, so I grabbed my crossover symmetry cable bag and went back to work on my shoulders.
I found I had lost my exercise chart and reached out to the company about receiving a new one. I was willing to buy a new chart, but I didn’t see it for purchase. I emailed the company and received a prompt reply asking for my shipping address. Within 3 day I received a box with the chart enclosed. First off, I never write reviews, secondly, I’m writing this review because I have never had such great customer support from a company like Crossover Symmetry. So a big THANK YOU for your product and your support

Following the should pain guide for 3 weeks and there has been solid improvement in my shoulder pain. I’ve always had rotator cuff problems and I’m thrilled to see this helping. The system is simple, well laid put, easy to follow, and a manageable amount of work to put in. It’s very difficult to come up with a one size fits all shoulder plan, but Crossover Symmetry has found a way to do just that, while adding a bit of personal customization based on individual needs. Even after I have healed my shoulder pain I will continue to use this program for warm-up activation and strength along with my regular workouts.

I like the package and workout(s). The only complaint I have is that it should have included (2) large caribiners to make switching from upper to lower attachment points more efficient.

Thanks for the review Scott. With the Individual Package there is a little trick you can do to save time. Clip the purple cord carabiner to the red cord carabiner and click the red carabiner to your attachment. Then you only have to unclick the red cord to move both from higher to lower.
