I first purchased the system a number of years ago when I had shoulder surgery to prepare for the coming rehabilitation. Best investment ever. Religiously used daily. Turning 70 this year and feel stronger than ever. This particular purchase was because one cord broke. I am forced to buy a pair.

The product seems very high quality. My only critique is that the hip and core band is pretty tight for a tall guy like me (6’3”). I have the red one. There’s barely enough room to do the movements. Especially the squat. I am consistently maxing out its stretching length.
Another thing I wanted to mention is that my left shoulder is now tender on the front deltoid. A little annoying that this may be causing an injury instead of preventing one. It’s possible that I am doing the exercises wrong despite going through all the training videos.
Update: They are sending me the blue band for free and they’re saying it has a wider stance. I really appreciate that!

Hi Andrew,
I am happy to send you out a Blue Hip & Core band. It is larger in circumference than the red and will give you more range of movement.
Also, on our Training Zone we explain how to get the maximum range from your Hip & Core band. Sometimes the protective sleeve is not evenly distributed when it comes out of the box and you need to do a simple 30 second rebalancing of the sleeve and you are good to go.

I have given it 3 start because I think you should be more transparent about what extent the 'door attachment' works on all doors. I ended up setting it up outside. I also think that, given the high cost, it would be more deserving for the customer to receive more resistance bands. Once I'm recovered from my injury, I'll be requiring the 'athlete' level, and for the price I paid I think that resistance should have been included.

The quality of the band is excellent. However, I wish the training area was a lot more robust. There are a few videos, but the user is left to his own to make his own routine. I like being able to follow along with the instructor in real-time. I'm not really looking for a demo but more of a full workout. There are a lot of ways these exercises could be mixed up, etc. It would be nice to have some actual work out videos to follow along with. It would be nice if new videos could be released every week like other services. Once you go through the training area, watch the few videos about the exercises, you don't really have any more use for that training area anymore.
