I've had on and off mild to moderate and occasionally severe shoulder issues for years. I'm a chiropractor, and have been getting them adjusted, along with the rest of my body, and I am an advocate for fitness, a crossfit athlete for years. This program seems to have shored up the shoulders tremendously. They feel better, more stable, and more forgiving after I pound them with a tough workout. The program is great, the bands are high quality. You could do this with other bands, but I paid for the program mostly. Very well put together.
