My two teenage baseball player sons (age 16 & 17) love these. They came packaged really nicely with exercises and also had follow-up with emails of exercises and tips.

Wish these had been included in the shoulder rehab kit instead of the 15lb ones

I absolutely love the Crossover Symmetry system. I had used the shoulder system at my CrossFit gym to heal a shoulder injury last year and was so impressed that I wanted one for home. Came just in time: the next day I tweaked my other shoulder playing pickleball. Already feels better one week later! Now that I have it at home I can be much more consistent and am excited to build really strong shoulders. Also love the hip symmetry and can tell that my balance already feels improved after just a few sessions.

Great! I have had the gym set for 10 years. They have lasted so long after everyday use. I needed more bands for my personal training business.

Our Granddaughter, Paige Powers, CrossFit Athlete, 3rd Fittest Teen on Earth, 2x CrossFit Games Athlete, -_paige_powers (are we proud? YES!) uses CrossFit Symmetry and suggested it to us for shoulder strength.
We LOVE the System and use it daily!
As you can tell, were Very proud of Paige but also very glad she suggested the system for us. We have already suggested it to other friends our age who need to maintain strength in their shoulders, back and arms.
Thanks for a great product!

I’ve been an iron-pumper for more than 35 years. But post-COVID, I couldn’t go back to the gym to work out with a mask on. So, I ordered the Individual Shoulder Package. I bought it with wall anchors and affixed them to the foundation walls in my basement with some serious concrete anchors. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
I get a better workout than I imagined I would in less time than I imagined I could. If I’d understood how much more effective this system is than weights, I would have done this years ago.
Hats off, Crossover Symmetry. I’m a very happy customer.

Absolutely love this bundle!!! Pre Covid I would use this 3-4 times a week at the box. During the lockdowns my shoulder pain started to come back, made the decision to buy this For at home, and 3 weeks later this I’m pain free and back to 100% in my workouts!!!

I used to enjoy the system at a Physical Therapist whose office permanently closed when Covid shutdown occurred. I recently installed the anchor system and am very fortunate to have the laid-off therapist now come to my house each week and we’ve integrated the crossover system into strengthening of scapulas and lats. A tremendous asset to have conveniently in my home.
