One of the best I've used! I wish it would have come with a storage bag for the bands though.

I was really helped with my shoulder pain when I used these regularly at my personal training sessions, so I bought them for myself to use at home. This is the only thing that has truly helped eliminate the pain in my shoulder.

This product is the best on the market. Been using it for 4 months and they are still like brand new. They are better than any other bands on market.

Hip & Core System
The band is comfortable and versatile. Been struggling with hip pain for months- diagnosed with weakened one sided glut med and this program was recommended to me. Been consistently working through 2 weeks of activation, followed by addition of strength training for a total of about 4 weeks now and haven't noticed a difference. Was disappointed there wasn't an actual training schedule included for hip pain with this expensive program. Still giving it time, but expected to see improvements by now

Crossover symmetry is the best routine for activation and/or strengthening on the market. The quality of the bands and the given exercises are spot on for any level to keep healthy shoulders in place.
