Purchased door straps. Easy to install but difficult to adequately tighten. They will slip downward on the door. Did I miss a step? They do allow me indoor use in lieu of garage use when it is warmer. So good but not great.

I bought this right after my because my PT had prescribed me banded wall sits. Then I remember the Hip Halo from Crossover Symmetry. My main sport is whitewater kayaking therefore having strong hips for pressing against the inside my kayak is crucial. In the winter I don't kayak very much so this is going to be a great tool to add to my training this winter.

Great product. I love how quick and easy you can assemble and use it. Everything fits perfectly on the bag, so it's also very easy to store it. And the work that this is doing on my shoulders is just awesome. So much worth it!

Crossover Cords
Crossover symmetry cords healed my shoulder! Prior to the cords, I couldn’t benchpress 35lb dumbbells and my shoulder hurt for 7 months. About two weeks after completing the 30 day shoulder fix, I am now using 95lb dumbbells pain free and have full range of motion. Was totally shocked by the outcome. It does take time so be patient. I found accelerating improvement with each passing week fo the program.

Absolutely amazing system! In 4 weeks my shoulders have reset and my impingement has dissipated. My posture has greatly improved also.
If you’re ready to change your shoulders and improve then invest in this product!
You will get its maximum use if you only put in the work.

This is the exact product I used at my Physical Therapists office... It is convenient, and doesnt take up much space at all on my wall in my living room.

You can do similar work with other materials from the PT clinic, but these make the process so much easier. They also last so much longer. Good investment.
