Excellent product. Would like heavier cords than the 40 cord especially for pulling movements.

I have purchased this one for home and use a set in the clinic. I think a 1# band and a 5# band are important missing links.

I use the hip halo everyday as an activation prior to training. I purchased the red band last year when they came out because I struggled with hip and core strength in many of my lifts. Since using I have graduated to the blue band. In the last year, I have noticed a vast improvement in hip and core strength, stability and drive in the hips. Mostly importantly I have not experienced any injuries or pain the hip flexors. Thanks!

The product itself works well. The cover on one of the 15# straps has already began to fray, but it came already started in that state. Expensive for what you get, but a great product overall.

I started using immediately, well I was doing the movements without the bands while I waited for delivery. It only took a couple days before I started noticing the difference. Now it's an everyday use no matter if I am training or not. This past weekend I just ordered the Halo and Mobility sac. I am in love with it and it is the only piece of equipment I use daily no matter what. I couldn't believe how well this is working. I suggest you stop thinking about getting yourself one and pull the trigger and order it, you won't regret it.
