Real quality product, very well thought out and presented written and video training plans, I'm only scratching the surface so far. Hip Halo and hip-core drills are also brilliant. It may seem pricey but you get what you pay for, you cannot duplicate this using regular bands at the gym

For me, the loop is far to big and doesn’t stretch enough. Nicely made, but then again for the price, donut should be. TBH, this product does nothing more than a band can do, however if you are purchasing to use in a professional environment, they do give s certain kudos over normal loops

Hi Michael, thanks for the feedback. I am sorry you weren't fully satisfied. We are in the process of making certain resistances smaller to better fit a larger variety of athletes - that should help with your concern. The 2 year warranty on our Hip Halos (unlike normal bands) will still be there as well. By the way, the system is more than just the band. The Training Zone includes video explanations of every exercise along with medically designed back pain and knee pain programs as well.

The bundle is a solid package to do shoulder work for both recovery and strength or activation. It has helped me in the past — at the local gym — with some shoulder limitations on overhead movements, and now, having the opportunity to use it at home and thus more frequently, I sense improvements already (only a few weeks in).

Great product. I got to the point where I could basically not do any chest or shoulder workouts because my shoulder hurt so bad. I’m an archery elk hunter so going to the doctor in August (right before season) wasn’t an option. My shoulder pain is still there, but much less and I can do a lot more movements with little to no pain that I couldn’t do before using crossover symmetry. Also by building up all of the muscles around my shoulder I’ve noticed it’s much easier to keep my bow steady at full draw and I’m now a better shot at longer distances. Wasn’t the purpose of buying the product, but definitely an added bonus!

I considered buying a less expensive similar set of bands (and there are many), but I don’t regret buying the Crossover Symmetry system. The physical quality of the band is excellent, and I don’t worry about getting whipped in the face when the band snaps, but equally importantly the quality of the online instruction/programming is great (okay, the background music can be annoying). I’ve referred back to the videos many times, when unsure about technique. The activation+ program (~minutes/day) is now part of my daily routine. In terms of value, if you’re going to commit the time to this, it worth doing it right and getting maximum benefit from your efforts.

Love this system, I am finding that the exercises are simple, very easy to fit into my daily routine and pre-sports activity. While my shoulders are working better and gaining some strength, it is also helping with the entire core and I feel this is due to the unique cross body action of the system.
