Basically the mobility sac is just two lacrosse balls in a very sturdy sock. But what sets this apart and rates a 5 star review is the unique way the trigger point therapy is applied .. Being a Chiropractor with 33 years clinical experience I know that just pressing on T.P.’s is worthless. However what CS has done is add the movement of the muscle that the trigger point is in while putting pressure on the T.P. The application of this principle relived years of right shoulder pain in a matter of minutes. Good stuff. Follow the plan, Don’t get creative. And don’t think you know it all and you will get results.
We are doing a workshop at our Crossfit Box next week. More people quit Crossfit from shoulder injury than anything. I think that making this an integral part of every warm up would greatly increase the longevity of crossfit members as well as dramatically improve performance.
